End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of NotesApp software, applications, and services. By installing or using NotesApp, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, NotesApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the software for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Scope of Use

You may use NotesApp solely for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on NotesApp.
  • Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the software.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
  • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Ownership

NotesApp and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to source code, design, branding, and features, remain the exclusive property of NotesApp and its licensors.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the software. These updates may be installed automatically to improve performance, security, or functionality.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotesApp shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the software, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
